Live Support
To use live support you must first contact a support technician at (858) 729-0154 ext. 2. The technician will give you a six-digit number that you enter below:
You'll be prompted to download a small program called Support-LogMeInRescue.exe.
- If your web browser asks you whether to run or save this program, select Run. You do not need to save the program
- If the only option your browser gives you is to save the program, save it to your desktop. As soon as the download finishes and the program is saved, double-click its icon on your desktop to run it.
